How Does It work?

Your standard defensive engage combo when looking to avoid AA damage is E then Q, instantly AA W followed by a quick E and continue to AA.

To trade versus a ranged champion AA the first target then Q to your main target and instantly AA W upon landing.

When looking to quickly fight up close E AA instantly, W Q as quickly as you can and E AA right after.

When fighting up close AA W AA then E and continue to AA. Q then mid air E to keep on your target then AA some more.

Your standard hard engage combo is E then Q and E again mid air followed by an instant AA. W right as the AA completes then continue to AA.

How Does It work?

When taking a basic trade, E then AA the spirit, reset your AA with W instantly then quickly Q AA.

For your basic trade without E, W AA then instantly Q AA right after the dash.

If you’re in a longer fight AA W quickly then instantly Q AA. Follow up with E and AA the spirit until it dies.

For a long fight with the spirit W AA and instantly E Q, then AA until your W is back up.

To grab a spirit when outside normal range, E then mid animation Flash.

Your basic full combo is to E then instantly R followed by W with an instant Q. Continue to AA then W until your R runs out or your opponent is dead, whichever comes first!

For an alternative full combo, E your target then AA W the spirit followed by an instant R. Q right after it ends then start the W AA sequence once you are in range.

Q – TENTACLE SMASH

E – TEST OF SPIRIT

Illaoi rips the spirit from a foe’s body, forcing it to stand before her. Spirits echo a percentage of the damage they take to the original target. If killed, or if the target gets too far from the spirit, the target will become a Vessel and begin spawning Tentacles

Illaoi smashes her idol into the ground, dealing physical damage to nearby enemies. A Tentacle spawns for each enemy champion hit.

Gwen snips her scissors in a cone up to 6 times dealing magic damage. Gwen deals true damage to units in the center and applies her passive to them on each snip.

W – HALLOWED MIST

Gwen summons mist that protects her from enemies outside of it. She can only be targeted by enemies who enter the mist.

E – SKIP ‘N SLASH

Gwen dashes a short distance then gains Attack Speed, attack range, and magic damage On-Hit for a few seconds. If she hits an enemy during that time, this Ability’s cooldown is partially refunded.

R – NEEDLEWORK

Gwen hurls a needle that slows enemies hit, deals magic damage, and applies A Thousand Cuts to champions hit. This ability can be cast up to two more times, with each cast throwing additional needles and dealing more damage. Gwen must hit an enemy between each cast to unlock the next one.

How Does It work?

To All In before level 6 W your target, then quickly AA and E to reposition. AA Q and AA again.

When fighting any opponent AA twice then E towards your target, Q instantly and use your final AA right after.

Seamlessly slide into your target by using Q E together. W your target and AA then quickly Q and E in the same direction. Finish up with two AA’s

Quickly burst enemies leading with W and quickly Q, then AA E AA as quickly as possible followed by R and another AA.

When ganking W your target, E towards them then AA and Q during the AA downtime, then AA again and execute with your R.

To quickly retreat W your target then Q then instantly click away to E. As soon as your E is about to reach its max distance R, then use Flash mid animation.

From outside normal range, Q and instantly E F. Execute your target with AA R.

Very quickly burst your opponent down with everything you have. W your target, Q then quickly R Flash back in. AA E AA as soon as you can.

PASSIVE – NEW DESTINY

Graves’ shotgun has some unique properties. He must reload when he runs out of ammo. Attacks fire 4 bullets, which cannot pass through units. Non-champions struck by multiple bullets are knocked back.

Graves fires an explosive shell that detonates after 2 seconds, or 0.2 seconds if it strikes terrain.

W – SMOKE SCREEN

Graves fires a smoke canister at the target area creating a cloud of smoke that reduces sight range. Enemies caught in the initial impact are dealt magic damage and have their Move Speed reduced briefly.

E – QUICKDRAW

Graves dashes forward gaining an Armor boost for several seconds. If Graves dashes towards an enemy champion, gain two stacks of True Grit instead. Hitting enemies with basic attacks lowers the cooldown of this skill and refreshes the resistance boost.

R – COLLATERAL DAMAGE

Graves fires an explosive shell dealing heavy damage to the first champion it hits. After hitting a champion or reaching the end of its range, the shell explodes dealing damage in a cone.
